By accessing the My Desk Buddy digital lab and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.
2. Professional Use & Gear
We strive for accuracy in our product imagery and descriptions. However, due to varying monitor calibrations (especially in atmospheric lighting), actual colors may vary slightly from your screen.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on stock availability or exchange rate fluctuations without prior notice. Payments are secured via Stitch.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. My Desk Buddy reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
My Desk Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our gear or the inability to access our digital services.
