Currently, My Desk Buddy strictly operates within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this stage as we focus on providing the best local experience.

2. Dispatch Protocols

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Please note that orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be initiated on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Our logistics are optimized based on your proximity to our primary hub:

• Gauteng (GP): R35 Standard Rate.
• Other Provinces: R99 Flat Rate.
• Priority Tier: FREE shipping for all orders exceeding R1500.

5. Real-Time Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from the lab, you will receive an automated transmission via Resend containing your unique tracking code. You can monitor your setup’s journey in real-time through our partners' portals.

6. Logistics Constraints

• Physical Address: We require a physical street address. We cannot fulfill orders to P.O. Boxes.
• Outlying Areas: Please allow an additional 2 business days for deliveries to remote regions.
• Collections: To keep our workflow optimized, we do not offer a physical pickup location. All gear is shipped directly to your door.
